Return Policy

1. All licenses sold from this site will be delivered electronically. License keys sold on this site can only be refunded. License Keys cannot be returned in order to maintain your security and privacy.

2. License keys provided electronically can only be refunded if NOT ACTIVATED. Activated license keys WILL NOT be refunded.  

3. Electronic keys cannot be RETURNED as the license key becomes exposed. 

4. In case you are eligible for a refund, the electronic key you received will be made inactive and un-useable.  

5. Your Refund (if eligible) will take approximately 14-21 days from the date of acceptance of the refund from our end.
