After-sales technical support is available over-the-phone from 10 am to 6 pm Saturday to Thursday. Support center is closed on Friday and all National Holidays.  

In case the support number is busy please email to [email protected] writing Bitdefender in the subject line and “Help” with telephone number in mail body. Support personnel will call you back within maximum 24 hours unless it is Friday or a national holiday. Responses will be on all working days.  

The license(s) and price(s) is/are applicable for the territory of Bangladesh only. They can be activated in Bangladesh only. Once activated they will continue to perform, and update as usual anywhere globally.  

Internet connection is compulsory for activation of the software products.
Email ID is required and compulsory for installation and activation of the software products.  

License(s) will be delivered by email within maximum 24 hours of placement of order online and our receipt of confirmation of payment.  
There will be no physical delivery. Electronic keys only.  

Refund(s) are applicable only if the key(s) is/are not activated. Activated keys are not eligible for refund.


If you wish to ask for a refund on un-activated key(s), email us at [email protected] explaining why you seek the refund. For technical reasons, our tech-support team will first assess the complaint and if logically unresolvable, refunds will be made within 14 days. The key(s) will be deleted/made inactive.
